Know which emails will bounce before you hit send.

BounceSolvi checks every address the way a real mail server would, then tells you plainly: deliverable, dead, catch-all, or unknown. No made-up "92% confidence" numbers. Just answers you can act on.

Built by the team behind Outsolvi, the email tracking and outreach tool for sales teams.

What it checks

Six checks per address. Every single one.

Most "verifiers" stop at "does the domain exist". We go the whole way to the mailbox, and we tell you what we found at each step.

โœŽ

Syntax and typos

Catches the obvious junk and the sneaky stuff: gmial.com, double dots, stray spaces from a bad CSV export.

๐ŸŒ

Domain and MX records

Does the domain exist, and does it actually accept mail? Parked domains and dead startups fall out here.

๐Ÿ“ฌ

Mailbox exists (SMTP)

We talk to the recipient's mail server the way a real email would, and ask if the mailbox is there. Without sending anything.

๐ŸŽฏ

Catch-all detection

Some domains say yes to every address. We detect that and label it, so you don't mistake "accepts all" for "verified".

๐Ÿ—‘

Disposable and role addresses

Temp-mail providers, info@, sales@, support@. Flagged so you can decide, not silently dropped.

๐Ÿ›ก

Blocklist and reputation signals

Domain and mail-server reputation checks so you spot the risky ones before they hurt your sender score.

Why it matters

A dirty list costs way more than a verifier does.

Your domain reputation

Bounce rates above 2 to 3 percent and Google and Microsoft start throttling you. Every campaign after that lands worse, even to good addresses. Cleaning the list first is the cheapest deliverability fix there is.

Your sequences

Every dead address in an outreach sequence is a step that fires into nothing, a stat that lies to you, and a slot a real prospect could have had.

Your data

Open and reply rates only mean something if the denominator is real. Verify first, and your numbers finally tell you the truth about your copy.

How it works

Upload, wait a few minutes, download the clean list.

1

Upload or paste

CSV, XLSX, or a pasted column. Up to 100,000 rows per list. Or verify one address instantly.

2

We check

Every row runs through all six checks. Slow mail servers get retried instead of guessed at.

3

Read the labels

Deliverable, Invalid, Catch-all, Disposable, Role, Unknown. Each with the reason next to it.

4

Export or plug in

Download the clean file, or hit the API from your own tools and CRM.
